Pam Novey
I grew up in Chicago and went to college at Northeastern. I married Stephen and we had 3 wonderful children and two grandchildren. I have been a teacher, a CPA, and a fiber artist.
I have been part of ICLRU for the last ten years. In this time, I have had the pleasure of teaching a number of classes — some with my husband, Steve — and some with other friends I have made at ICLRU.
Among other subjects, I’ve taught about the politics of food, the history of humor, embroidery, the life of Ruth Bader Ginsberg, and various outstanding Nobel Prize Winners as well as MacArthur Fellowship Award Winners.
Additionally, I participate in book clubs, bridge, and the travel club and I have made many new friends at Roosevelt who have added to my life immeasurably.
