Membership Fees
ICL is a non-profit, membership organization open to seniors, age 55 and over, who have reached a point in life where they want to pursue their interests in a continuing learning and social environment with a group of like-minded peers.
- Members pay one annual fee of $175. (New members, first joining, have a discounted fee of $150.)
- Renewing Members who have coordinated or co-coordinated a Study Group, or presented at lest 4 weeks of Intersession/Virtual classes within the most recent twelve months pay 50% of the Membership fee.
- One-time fee of $10 for security ID/Entry Key Card
- On occasion, material fees apply
- ICL membership fees are non-transferable.
- Unused membership benefits are not transferable and expire on the last day of the participant’s annual membership year. Benefits cannot be redeemed for cash.
Refund requests will be handled as follows:
- If an individual requests to terminate membership prior to payment being processed by ICL, then ICL will simply not process the payment for that application. The applicant will forfeit no money.
- If an individual requests a refund after a membership application has been processed that person will receive a refund of membership fees minus a $25.00 processing fee.
- No refunds will be given if a request is made more than 30 days after the membership application has been submitted, or if the individual has attended any ICL activities such as study groups, intersessions, lectures, etc.
- ICL may cancel or reschedule classes and/or events due to the occurrence of any force majeure event or credible threat thereof. Membership fees and other costs (ID Badge) will not be refunded by ICL if all or any portion of an ICL class or event is canceled or rescheduled.

How to Renew Your ICL Membership
To renew your membership, do not create a new online account. Please log in to your existing online account and follow the instructions to renew.
